Apache Junction has the most mixed housing in our service area. Site-built homes from the 1960s through the 1980s sit next to manufactured homes, park models, and RV resorts, on lots that range from small to several acres.
The plumbing follows that. We still find galvanized steel supply lines in service here. That is pipe that rusts from the inside until the opening is the width of a pencil.
